At Utrdba d.o.o. we offer our contract partners and our clients assistance in maintenance on their computers. Remote assistance allows us to connect with a customer’s computer through Internet and solve a problem faster and more efficiently.
Establishing a remote connection is possible only with the permission and at the initiation of the client. After we establish a remote connection you will be able to show us where the problem is, and we will show you how you can fix it or we will fix it for you.
The process is simple:
- Let us kow what the problem is and schedule a remote assistance (in most cases it is possible to establish a remote assistance connection immediately).
- Run the TeamViewer. If the program hasn’t been installed allready, you can install it from our website:
- Tell us your ID and password for remote access.
